The buoy is made of nylon coated with PVC, and the lining of the whistle buckle straps waistband is made of strong and reinforced elastics. The size of the swim PVC window buoy is 36 x 72 cm / 14.1 x 28.3 in. The compartment part of the buoy is made out of water-resistant PVC to ensure water is leaking in and enabling you to store your cell phone, wallet, and keys safely.

The attachable phone case is made of transparent water-resistant PVC that gives excellent protection for your phone.
