We accept the returns within 14 days of purchase. The products must be unused and sent back in the original intact packaging.
The products must have all the tags still attached and in the same conditions as received and suitable for resale.

You can return an unused product in its original packaging by following the steps below. Please be aware that you do not receive a return label with your order and the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. We recommend you to request a tracking number when at the post office.
4. Please notify us of your return, alongside the tracking number. When your return order is received at our warehouse, the process of refund will automatically go to your original method of payment.

To exchange the product you will have to return it and to place a new order on the website. You need to return the item within 14 working days, in order for the warehouse to process your exchange.
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 2-5 working days. If you didn’t receive your refund, we encourage you to get in touch with us at help@getwatery.com
When our warehouse receives your return, we will update you with an email.
When you want to place an order on our website, you start by finding the product(s) you want.
1. Find the product(s) you like by using the search box or by looking through the categories on the website. When finding a product you like, select the wanted color and/or size and how many items you want and then add to the cart.
2. Then when you have found what you are looking for, you can go to the shopping cart.
3. In the shopping cart appears the product you have chosen, here you can check if everything is correct and make changes if needed before you go to payment.
4. Then you fill in all the required fields as the payment method, shipping address, and billing information.
5. Now you have to agree to the the ''Terms and Conditions'' and follow instructions and then confirm your order.
After following the steps and placing the order, shortly after that you’ll receive the email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
If you want to remove a product from your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of the product by clicking on ‘’-’’ (minus) and then when there is 0 quantity of product, it gets removed from your shopping cart.
If you simply just want to change the quantity of a product, click on the "+" and "-" or directly click on the quantity and type in the desired number.
If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will see if we can meet this request if your order has not been shipped.
If your order has been shipped, please contact your courier and request the shipped address to be changed.

When you have placed your order, you will shortly receive your email confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 60 minutes of placing your order, please check it if it has not landed in your spam folder. It can occur that it can be sent there.

If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so your inquiry can be processed faster.Â
If your order is already shipped, and you want to add a product to your order, you can simply place a new order with that product.
If your order is already shipped, and you want to remove a product from your order, you can always return the product and get a refund or exchange it.

If you have accidentally placed the same order twice, or if you by mistake have ordered a product twice, please contact us immediately, and we will help you.

If you have only received some parts of your order, it means that your order has been split into two parcels.

Merge two orders together is unfortunately not possible. So if your orders have not been sent yet, please contact us as quickly as possible. Then we can cancel both your orders and so you can make a new order with all the products combined in one order.
Unfortunately no, we can not offer price adjustments. When you confirm your order, your invoice will be on that amount you authorized the order to. Please see the details in our Terms and conditions.
You can only place an order through our website because online purchasing ensures a safe transfer of your payment information.
Unfortunately, we can not offer you our products at wholesale prices.

You can not yourself see your order history, so if you like to see your history of orders, you can contact us, and our wonderful customer service team will provide you with a copy of your history of orders.
The sale prices that are advertised will automatically appear in your shopping cart, so you do not need a discount code.

In order to get the right size we recommend checking the size guidelines under the product you wish to purchase. Please, remember that the chart is only a suggestion.
You can see if a product is pre-ordered in the title of the product. If a product is pre-ordered, please note that the product can be in stock but first are being delivered where the pre-order date is set to.
If the wanted product is out of stock, we highly recommend you to sign up to get an email notification for when it is back online. Follow the steps below in order to get notified:Â

Once we have the product back, you’ll get an email notification. Â
All our products have a description section that describes the product, characteristics, and specifications. Once you are on the website and inside a product, you can scroll down and find all the information about the product.
All the photos of our products from the website are taken by a photographer in a studio; this gives the most accurate picture of the texture and colors of the product.
Please be aware that from screen to screen, colors can vary.
Photos of our products are taken in different lighting conditions, some pictures are taken in our warehouse, in our office or outdoors in nature. If you are in doubt, we refer to the picture on our website as most accurate and closest to the real color.
An OEKO-TEX certification makes sure a product has been tested by an impartial third party for harmful substances and passed this test.Â
We are very sorry about the technical issues. When you are experiencing troubles while placing an order, please try the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache, all open tabs must be closed, and all items in the shopping cart must be removed and then put again the products in the shopping cart.
- Use Google Chrome as your browser.
- When placing the order, make sure the address details are correct.

If you have not received a response to your inquiry from our customer service, it is because we are working from 8 AM - 10 PM GMT+1. Please keep in mind that there may occur a significant time difference as we are located in Denmark.

If the advertised sale prices do not automatically appear in your shopping cart, it can be due to one of the following problems.
1. Suppose the sale has ended since placing a product in the shopping cart. The shopping cart does not save a sale price when the sale is ended.
2. There can be a technical error if the advertised sale is ongoing but does not appear in your shopping cart. Please contact us with an attachment of a screenshot of your shopping cart, and then we will gladly help to fix the problem for you.

The shipping costs depend on the courier using and your location. You will get a more detailed overview of the shipping options and prices at the checkout page before payment.
You are qualified for free shipping when your order value is at 100USD or £80. Your free shipping discount will automatically appear in your shopping cart when you fulfill the free shipping criteria.
If you have placed an order before 12:00 PM central time, and it is on a business day, it will be shipped the same day.
If you have placed an order after 12:00 PM central time, the order will be shipped on the next business day that is Monday-Friday.
Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. However, delays can occur because the courier company occasionally has delays.
Please check the mail with your tracking number to see how far your order is.
If there go more than 10 business days and you still have not received your order, please follow the steps below.
1. Check the shipment address on your order confirmation. Is it correct?
2. Please contact us if there are problems with the shipment address. Then our customer service will contact the courier company and try to change the address if possible or else we will send a new order to you.
3. If the shipment address is correct, and your order seems to be stuck, please contact us. Then we will get in touch with the courier company. We will immediately ship a replacement order if they have lost the package.
We are shipping to all the countries that are listed here.
If your orders courier is FedEx Parcel or DHL, the order will not be able to be shipped with PO boxes.
If your address is either a DPO, FPO, APO, or similar, please enlighten the located country and physical address you are in.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and link, so you can follow your order.
If you have only received some part of your order, it means that your order has been split into two parcels.
Please note if your order has been split into two shipments, the order will still appear as "Delivered" in your tracking.
Please kindly check with the courier about your order. There is a possibility that your parcel is just waiting at the pickup point to be collected. If the courier can confirm that your parcel is not with them, please contact us and so we can further investigate the case.
Since the Coronavirus outbreak, we have taken safety and health precautions in order to not spread it. These precautions are implemented and will hereby not cause delays in your parcel dispatch.
We can announce that on our estimated timeframe, most of the parcels arrive on time. The circumstances of Covid-19 and or other circumstances that are beyond our control, however, may cause a delay.
The parcel will be delivered according to the country of destination’s rules. Which we do not have control with. Therefore, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number and we want to highlight that it is your own responsibility to check if there are alternative delivery arrangements which can be made for your parcel.
If you want to leave delivery instructions to the courier, you can not do it through us. However, if you directly contact your courier, you will find out if this is possible in your delivery country.

Your card will not be charged until after your order has been shipped.

When your order has been shipped, we process your payment, and depending on the choosing payment method; you will be charged within 1-2 business days.
Please note that if you have ordered a product that is pre-order, the payment will be charged before the order is shipped.
If you have canceled your order or your order was unsuccessful, the money is only reserved by your bank and automatically will be transferred to your account within 2-5 business days.
We can only offer you discounts if you buy a very large quantity, that is if you buy more than 20 identical items.

When we ship outside the EU, there may come import duties and or additional expenses or taxes. These duties or taxes will you be responsible for paying.

All our products are listed in USD when you are in a non-European country.
If you see two charges on your credit card, do not worry, you will only be charged one time. First, we reserve the amount when placing an order; then, when your order gets shipped from our warehouse, we withdraw your amount. It can occasionally take a couple of days for the reserved amount to disappear. So do not worry. Soon the second amount will disappear.
We do not use discount codes, but we do have very good prices and discounts on our products.

It is very important to take out the accessories from the bag after your training and to start cleaning them which will last longer.
To maintain your goggles you’ll have to rinse them in tap water and to leave them to dry without touching the inside lenses which can damage the antifog surface.
Avoid pushing the goggles into your forehead, due to the sweat and heat it can reduce the anti fog effect. Therefore, when taking a break put the goggles away and make sure they are esposed to the air.
It is very necessary to take proper care of your wetsuit in order to have it for more years ahead. Here are some tips and tricks which can help:
1. Rinse your wetsuit inside and out with freshwater to flush away the salt and sand which definitely ruins it. This is a must that has to be done every time after usage.
2.Hang your wetsuit properly on a hanger in order to reduce the stretching of it. It is a must to be in the shade and not exposed to the sun which can easily cause the neoprene to lose its flexibility.
3. Turn your wetsuit inside out - make sure the inside of the wetsuit is drying fist in order to have a great time and to feel comfortable in the suit the next day.
Don’t tumble dry your suit and don’t use the washing machine which can damage the suit.
In order to have your swimming suit for a longer period of time, the suit will require some specific instructions.
1. Take out your swimsuit from the wet bag.
2.Remove the chlorine by rinsing your swimsuit in cold water
3.When washing the swimsuit do not use bleach.
Clean and take proper care of your paddle board by following Watery’s following steps:
1. Rinse the board with fresh water to remove all the sand, the sea salt and dirt. It is important to get rid of the salted water which weakens the paddle boards material.Â
2. Do not leave your board inflated for a long time because it will lose some air pressure, making the board weak.Â
3. When storing the paddle board, dry it properly and keep it away from the direct sunlight.
Taking care of your board will definitely prolong its life.
