The buoy is made from nylon coated with PVC, the adjustable backpack straps and the adjustable waistband is made from reinforced elastics and features an attached whistle buckle. 

The nylon coated with PVC is durable enough to have lasting usage and won't leak, and prevents your items from being wet.

The backpack measures are 59 x 30.5 cm / 23.2 x 12 in.
